Delivery & returns info

How much is delivery? 

An all-day delivery slot is free of charge if you’re ordering from mainland UK. 

If you need a morning or Saturday delivery slot, this costs extra. Please get in touch to book this delivery option.  

If you’re ordering from overseas, this also costs extra and depends on the country. Please get in touch with us before you order and we’ll advise you on the cost.


When will my delivery arrive? 

If you make your order before 12pm, we’ll aim to dispatch it on the same day (depending on stock availability). 

If you live in the UK mainland, we’ll send your order via our next day service. Please note, it’s not uncommon for our next day service deliveries to take a little longer, so please allow 2-3 days for the delivery. If you have not received your delivery after 3 days, please contact us and we will investigate.

If your delivery is sent to offshore UK or Ireland, it can take up to 7 days to arrive. 

If you’re ordering from overseas, delivery times can vary between country and region. Please check the delivery time with us before you place your order.


Do I have to be at home to receive my order?

No, you don’t have to be at home to receive your order. Instead, you can request that your order is left in a safe place. You can do this by either:

  • entering a safe location into the delivery instructions when placing your order
  • calling the courier after you have received your dispatch email and providing instructions on where to leave the order 

Please note that if you request for your order to be left unattended, you do so at your own risk. Your order will not be insured against theft or damage.

If you are out when the courier attempts to deliver and have not left instructions for your order to be left in a safe place, the courier will leave a card requesting you contact them.

The courier will also re-attempt your delivery the following day. If they are unable to deliver on three consecutive days, they may hold your order in their depot until you contact them as per the instructions on the missed delivery card.

If the courier leaves your order unattended and unsigned for without your written request, kindly inform us and we will investigate.


Returns & Exchanges Info 

I’ve changed my mind about the order, can I return it? 

If you change your mind about your order within 14 days of delivery, you’re entitled to return your order. Your order must be unused and in its original packaging.


I’ve ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it? 

Yes, you can exchange your order if you have ordered the wrong size. However, this is subject to a £45 return charge due to the extra courier fees. Your goods must also be unused and in a re-sellable condition.  

When processing your exchange, we’ll ask for full payment of your new item, along with the £45 collection charge. 

Once processed, we’ll aim to deliver your new order and collect the incorrect size on the same day (although this is not guaranteed). 

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days.


How much does return delivery cost? 


Henchman will arrange for your order to be collected and returned at a cost of £45, which will be deducted from your refund. This is the cost that we are charged by our courier. 

Once collected, we’ll take responsibility for the items.


When will my returned goods be collected? 

We’ll arrange a convenient collection date that works for you. Once the date is arranged, the courier will call you the day before the collection to confirm that your order is ready to be picked up.

You can leave the goods in a safe place for collection - but be aware that is at your own risk, and your goods will not be insured against theft or damage.


I’ve received my order but it’s damaged. What can I do? 

Please check your order for damage before accepting delivery. If you see that it’s damaged, please refuse the delivery and call us to let us know. We’ll arrange a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

If you notice damage after accepting delivery, please call us to let us know as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs of the damage as proof. Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected free of charge, and we’ll dispatch your replacement.
