All three models of the Prof 1Vuse the same unique chopping system of all our Shredder Chippers,  that exploits the natural weakness of the wood, by cutting along the grain. Most importantly this means more trunks can go through in one go.

They shred bundles of trunks as thick as 80mm, with their leafy branches still attached, reducing preparation time and subsequently increasing work rate efficiency.

The Prof 1V Standard employs a 13HP Honda GX 390 engine and 24 hardened steel, angled and serated blades that chop with the grain of the wood.

The Hydro also has an infeed roller in the loading hopper, to help guide the trunks and branches towards the blades in a controlled way.

The Hydro ZR not only includes this same feed mechanism, but also features an auxiliary drive, making it much easier to move, or load onto a van or trailer.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Your Prof 1V, fully assembled, tested and ready to work, will be delivered by an appointed local service agent who will callibrate the engine revs specifically.  Engines are not callibrated by manufacturers at assembly stage to suit specific applications and will not work optimally if not given this service.
