How to order

There are a number of easy ways that you can order your Henchman from us:-

Browse the products on our verified as secure website and order online today, paying by card.

You can order with us directly by phone, fax, or mail.  

If you intend to order by mail or fax you can if you wish print the appropriate price list and order form, from the 'Product Information' section on the relevant product page, and send it to us.

You can pay with cheque, debit or credit card, which ever is most convenient to you - Cheques and debit are preferrable to Henchman Ltd.

Once you've ordered

It is a priority of ours that we hold sufficient stock to enable dispatch of your goods within 48 hours of receipt of the order and payment. If there is a delay, of more than a day or two we will notify you. We offer as standard a 3 working day delivery service, starting the day following dispatch.  Alternative delivery options, such as overnight and Saturday delivery are available for an extra cost.  Please contact us for information about these.

On the day of dispatch, we will email or call you with your consignment details and the phone number of your local delivering depot. This will enable you to comunicate with the courier and narrow down the estimated time of delivery. Your order will need to be signed for on receipt.
