How to order

There are a number of easy ways that you can order your Henchman from us:-

Browse the products on our website and order online today, paying by card.

You can order with us directly by phone, fax, or mail.  

If you intend to order by mail or fax you can if you wish print the appropriate price list and order form from the 'Product Information' section on the relevant product page, and send it to us. 

Once you've ordered

It is our top priority that we hold sufficient stock to enable dispatch of your goods within 48 hours of receipt of the order and payment. We offer as standard a 3 working day delivery service, starting the day following dispatch.  Alternative delivery options, such as overnight and Saturday delivery are available for an extra cost.  Please contact us for information about these.

On the day of dispatch, we will email or post first class your consignment details and the phone number of your local delivering depot. This will enable you to narrow down the estimated time of delivery. Your order will need to be signed for on receipt.

If you would like any assistance with delivery and have not had it from the courier directly please call us, we'll be happy to help.

We will inform you if there is going to be a delay of more than 2 weeks before dispatch.
